We’re changing the world by working hard to keep some things the same.

Our work is centered in the forests and communities in and around the Dja Faunal Reserve in South-central Cameroon. We believe that:

  • Keeping communities at the center of our work is key to success in conservation.

  • Our strategy is to apply sustainable ecotourism to build local livelihoods and a sense of ownership over forest protection

  • To do this well we need to understand the needs of the communities and their interaction with the forest. So, research, training and youth is key
